The Exit Festival in Serbia is the event on everyone’s lips with over 10,000 Brits making it their festival of choice in 2007 and winning ‘Best European Festival’ at the UK Festival Awards.
Set within the walls of the stunning 17th Century Petrovaradin Fortress on the banks of the river Danube, EXIT provides an awe inspiring backdrop for the biggest music and cultural event in South East Europe.
Dates for 2008 are 10th – 13th July and tickets are on sale now!
The festival has around 600 international and Serbian performers on around 25 stages. The first acts announced are the Sex Pistols who will play on the last night.
Genre is no obstacle at Exit with The Prodigy, Wu-Tang Clan, Beastie Boys and Eric Prydz, all performing last year. This four-day affair is a delicious collision between hedonism and your social conscience. |
